Doesn't work, poor quality, January 22, 2013 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: 1:28 Scale (White) Full Function 3-channel Radio Control Racing Boat Vessel Model W/ Rechargeable Batteries (Toy) When the boat arrived, some of the rails were broken. The design and construction seemed poor and flimsy. I didn't care too much, as long as it worked. The power toggle switch on the back of the boat doesn't feel like it does anything. There is no click and no discernible change in position when pressed and released. The worst part is that the boat stops working at seemingly random times. This is the worst possible thing for a remote control boat. I was trying to drive it in the lake and it would just stop. I'd wait a while hoping the wind would blow it back to shore. Eventually it would come back to life. I tried power cycling the transmitter. Once I removed the battery from the transmitter and put it back in and the boat started again, but I found no repeatable way to get it to work again. I tried changing all the batteries and it was still unpredictable. When it was working it was fun enough. Maybe mine was defective but I was still not impressed even before I tried to... Read more
