This car is really spectacular, especially for the price. You can't beat it, oil filled shocks and full ball bearings for just over 100 bucks!!! Now the only bad part is the charger that comes with the car to recharge the car's Nmh pack is crap aka it has no timer or peak detection. In other words, if you leave it on charge too long your battery gets ruined!!
So, save yourself AND really wake up this car and get the optional Lithium pack, it's well worth the 30 or so bucks. the Losi part number is:
LOSB9635 LiPo Charger & 7.4V 250mAh LiPo Battery Combo (with charger)
LOSB9825 7.4V 250mAh LiPo(just the battery)

Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: 1/24 4WD Rally Car RTR (Toy) I got this for my 5 yr old daughter and she loves it. My 1/10 scale is to hard for her to contral. This is a fun car for all ages indoor or out, and great for a first timer. I also got her an extra body that I let her paint. She LOVED making it her own!!!

This review is from: 1/24 4WD Rally Car RTR (Toy) i got this thing to run around my house when the cold winter finally creeps around and i have to say its a really fun toy to mess around with and all these reviews that's say the charger is crap well it kinda is but as long as u monitor the battery temp and leave it plugged in for no longer than an hour you will have no problems at all. Now for the things you will need (not required but recommended)
-Soft Bristle Tooth Brush
-Losi Micro Phillips Screwdriver - LOSB1602
-Losi 4.5mm Nutdriver - LOSA99160
-Small Flat Blade Screwdriver
as for accessories i would recommend getting the lipo battery and charger combo and maybe another lipo pack but be aware that it does double the speed so make sure you have a good wide open space to avoid turning over lamps :3 and for other things that are available for it like the optional springs and clear body here are the part numbers
