I have never flown RC helicopters before so there is a small learning curve but no worries...this little guy is bulletproof. I have crashed it no less than 20 times sometimes from at least 18ft. up to a tile floor below without so much as a mark. If you are concerned about learning how to fly or if it will be difficult, don't hesitate. buy this one now. This copter is a rebadge of the Syma S107G and comes with plenty of spare parts. Another added plus is the orange color is exclusive to the Hero line and not available in the regular SYMA line. Make sure you follow the instructions to bind the remote and how to start off and you won't have any problems. Shipping is quick and Amazon had the best price with Prime.

At this time, I have verified that the supplier, Hero RC, is apparently an RC toy producer located in China. Hero RC does produce it's own line of RC aircraft.
I have been unable to verify that SYMA produces the H288 unit shown here. I have been to the SYMA website, and there is no listing for this unit. In checking over the unit, it does not have the SYMA insignia anywhere on it or on the box.
I have 2 units which have flown well, the controls work, and so far no problem. 1 other unit worked after taking the controller apart and moving the wires inside so they were not crushed or pinched. All other units were returned to Amazon.
I contacted Hero RC to get replacement controllers instead of a full return. I was initially told this could be done. After a 2 day wait for a response to an inquiry about... Read more
