Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Series 4 NiMH 7 Cell Hump 8.4V : TRA Connector (Toy) This battery is rated at 4200 Mah. Well so far on my Super Brain 989 LiPo Charger charger it has consistently charged to 4800 Mah if properly discharged. By properly discharged I mean run it in the car then pull it down , on the charger, at .5 amp per hour until the battery is at .9 volts per cell, let it rest then charge it. I realize that many people cannot do this without a good charger, and to you I would HIGHLY recommend you get a good charger if you are going to get into R/C cars, it will pay for itself in saved batteries. Back to subject, to get over 10% of rated capacity is far from impossible, but I would not consider it normal from a battery at this price. I would highly recommend this battery to ANYONE looking for a little more run time, heck I might recommend it to racers, that are not running LiPo, given it's better than rated... Read more

The battery that came with the digger gave a pretty good play time, this one is better. I have to warn you though make sure to keep an eye on the motor because it can overheat with the extra run time. This is a great and cheap upgrade for your traxxas.
