Easy to install.

I figure if the motor plate is aluminum, and the motor mount is aluminum, they'll act as a giant heatsink to help cool the motor.

They're also more rigid so you get less twisting from torque. (which brushless motors have tons of)

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the dust cover for the gears doesn't fit as snugly as with the stock motor mount. (dust + gears = bad)

I know the stock one still let dust get into the gears but it was much better than nothing.
