Keifer "AV Guy" (CT USA) - See all my reviews    This review is from: Traxxas 7407 1/10 Rally Car Brushless Ready to Run with TQi 2.4 GHz Radio, Colors May Vary (Toy) I was looking for an "all weather" RC car to use in the winter when I cannot use my Traxxas X0-1. The guy at the hobby store (Amotos in Middletown CT) said this car was basically a modified Traxxas Slash 4x4 (which I own too). It is lower than the Slash and a bit narrower. I mainly use it on pavement and it is much less "flip prone" than the Slash. I use it with a 11 volt 5000 mA battery and it is super fast and a blast to drift around corners. It is super durable and puts up with all kinds of abuse. The whole inside is covered with wet sand after I get through with it and I just clean it up and it is ready to go. You do have to maintain any RC car but I am amazed at how well made Traxxas products are.
