It's a Powerhouse! Best Blade so Far, September 18, 2012 By = Durability:

This review is from: Blade 450 X BNF (Toy) This is my new heli. I bought a month ago a 300x and I liked very much the stability of the BeastX FBL system. I also liked the 130X and the B450 3D. I decided to try the 450X which reached my local hobby store recently, and the first impression was when I spooled up and lift it up. To my surprise It climbed up like a rocket at a point that It almost hit the roof 4 mts above. Then I took it to a soccer field to make the maiden flight. I set my DX7s to DR 65 and Expo 15 and started to fly in circles and 8's and man, It's a powerhouse, a lot more stronger than 300x and 450 3D. Very stable, turns are very sharp indeed, and the tail locks perfectly well. I'm very new on 3D so I just tried some flips and they were neat and clean. On the bad side: 2200 lipos doesn't give you those 6 to 7 minutes on 450 3D. Instead It lasts only for a short 4 min flight. (I tried 5 minutes on a relaxed flight and Lipo levels fell to 11,57 mAh son it's safe to fly 5 min a normal flight mode). I think this... Read more
