It looks good in the box and awesome when you first turn it on. Then the magic stops. The controller stalks are flimsy and for some unknown reason the helicopter flipped on its side and began spinning its rotors WITHOUT me touching the controller which of course broke the main rotor. It did actually fly before this happened, but it's pretty delicate for something so big. Also, the instruction sheet shows a parts list but no contact info for the company. We also have an Interactive Toy Concepts Interceptor Bladerunner Series helicopter and even though they are similar in design, the Interceptor, while smaller, is definitely the better of the two.
