if your upper or lower Execuheli blades aren't turning, this may help..., August 15, 2011 By = Durability:

This review is from: Execuheli Wireless Indoor Helicopter I got a dept. store coupon in the mail good for ten bucks on any purchase over ten bucks, and was about to buy another dress shirt when I saw these toy helicopters for fifteen ninety nine, meaning I would only pay five ninety nine. I had to return the first one for a problem that the replacement also had, but before returning and exchanging the second one (or getting my six bucks back and losing the value of the coupon), I looked online and found a solution, tried it, and it worked. So I will share it here.
The problem with the first unit I bought was that the upper blades didn't turn, and the problem with the second was that the lower blades didn't turn. If your Execuheli has this problem, here is what you can try: Using the screwdriver that comes with the unit (or an eyeglasses screwdriver), remove the screws along and below the right side of the craft. Do this over a plate or somewhere where you won't lose them, for they are tiny. Some screws are recessed, some are... Read more

This review is from: Execuheli Wireless Indoor Helicopter this review has nothing to do with our lack of hand/eye coordination. Both of my sons got one, they are 13 & 14. This is not their 1st r/c toys. They flew 3 times then wouldn't take off again. one of them, the blades just quit spinning, the other, the blades spin but it won't take off. It was real cool for the 3 whole times they flew, then that's it.tried their website for warranty, guess what, there's no such website. Tried calling, guess what, their messages are full & will not take any more. Big surprise that no one answers. do these companies just start selling this junk without testing them. They take your money & run. We've replaced the blades & still no luck. Wish I could've given this 0 stars. No wonder it states "do not return to store". They know that it's a piece of junk & don't want the stores to know it when people scramble in to return.IF you can get in touch with this company, they just want to send you another one & another, etc. till you get tired of it & just kiss... Disappointment, June 28, 2011 By = Durability:

This review is from: Execuheli Wireless Indoor Helicopter It takes a whopping 6 AA batteries just to get started with this toy. To charge the the helicopter took a solid 30 minutes. Yes that's 30 minutes between flights. Well it would be if it flew. Ours arrived with a bent rotor and refused to take off. It seems this is not the first time that's happened because they ship the copter with extra blades. So I swap out one of the blades and try again. Now it flies a little but is wildly out of control. I adjust the trims carefully and stop most of the spinning, but it just does not have the power to lift off. I fiddled with it for 15 minutes and this helicopter just does not have the lift to come off the ground. My kids were completely bummed out with this piece of junk.
