This review is from: Feathering Shaft (2): 450 (Toy) Before I flew helicopters I hadn't even heard of a Feathering Shaft, so for those who are wondering it's used to attach both of the blade grips to the main head and is the shaft the main blades rotate on for pitch control. Due to their location and purpose, unfortunately they tend to get bent when a main blade smacks into something. The good news is that they are some of the lower cost parts for these helicopters.

Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Feathering Shaft (2): 450 (Toy) For anyone that's flying a 450 clone like the EXI 450 Pro like me who is sitting there wondering if this will work....yes it does.:) I'll also mention that it's more durable than the EXI feathering shaft as I had a much harder crash sideways into the dirt from 20' and this Align shaft held up. The EXI got bent on a bad takeoff.
It's real align, July 22, 2012 = Durability:

Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Feathering Shaft (2): 450 (Toy) This one of the parts you need to have a spare for those unintentional landings, or the light post you never noticed till today. It's genuine Align and I have never had any problems with fitting correctly.
