This review is from: Gyro Alloy Shark RC Helicopter with Auto Stabilization (Toy) Very cool helicopter! Powerful rotors, you can actually feel the wind off of them. Fun to fly indoors or outside with no breeze. When I did crash, the plastic blade grips broke. The company provided replacement parts free of charge with no hassle at all. They stand behind their product, hard to find these days!

I checked many things on the unit but could find no problem that would cause the Heli to not lift. I would not purchase this unit again. Homer Mitchell

I was fortunate that it receives the signal and flies.
As another reviewer stated this tends to tip on take-off, this requires that you get it into the air quickly to avoid breaking the main blades. I flew it in a large grassy area to keep it away from anything hard and it took off and trimmed out fine. There was a slight breeze that tended to carrie it away and it seemed to lack forward thrust and that added to the problem. It might be possible to correct this by adding a little weight to the nose.
It flew about 5 minutes before the battery started to get weak. Due to the erratic take-off I would not recommend this for a small area.
