hausler 450p, December 28, 2011 = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Hausler 450P Standard Version Electric Helicopter RTF I recived the hausler 450p for christmas as a gift and I am vary happy with this bird.It was set up vary nice right out of the box,with really no adjustment needed.
it flys vary stable and smooth.the price was great and its a align trex clone so all the trex parts will fit.I really like the t6config software that comes with the radio,you can fine tune everything so you can do some 3d flying.I will say this is not a toy and if you have never flown before id get a flight sim to lean on before you fly for real.again for the price you cant beat it,vary happy!!!!

crewchief, August 11, 2012 This review is from: Hausler 450P Standard Version Electric Helicopter RTF Right out of the box had spin issue and changed the gyro to a spare Detrum gy48v I had and it straightened out. The Detrum is cheap and reliable. After that started to have tail control issues again and found tail rotor hub screws loose. Pulled tail rotor blades off and tightened those and now seems ok. If you are new to this sport,I would not recommend this helicopter. I have other models that are very similar with the same transmitter etc. and know what to look for. For the ones that are familiar with 450 class helicopters, it appears to be worth the money for what you get. Some friendly advice to the beginner: This class of helicopter is not at toy as stated by others!! They can cause very serious injuries quickly if not familiar with throttle cut, idle up, and all the controls and safety. If you are just starting out I would recommend these steps: Purchase Clearview or similar simulation software for your pc and learn to fly a helicopter. It is cheap and you may be suprised how...
