We were able to order blades from Odyssey, but when we needed another part, they did respond with an email, stating they would send it and asked for address, but never did, and never responded to any other emails we sent, asking if they were going to send them. I wouldn't suggest this toy for durability, as it broke easily and it's very hard to get parts for. Electronic Express couldn't seem to help us much, either, even after numerous emails wanting parts.

Good Quality for Price but No Instruction Manual, January 10, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Odyssey ODY510Y / ODY-510Y / ODY-510Y 24 Gyro Metal RC Helicopter I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. The quality was much better then I expected. It's sturdy and strong and my husband enjoys flying it. However, it DID NOT come with any literature or instruction manual. He sent three emails to the company and made a couple phone calls and no one seemed to be able to assist him. You really do need directions to fly this thing correctly or you can damage it. Finally, he found someone at our local mall that sold similar products that was able to assist him. It is a good product though, just a little frustrating trying to contact the manufacturer.
