Adjusted the forward and backward buttons and got it to hover in one place but it was still turning, adjusted the trim control and had it standing still hovering, very touchy though. there seems to be a short in the elevator stick because it will run unless you hold the stick down, that is because there is no spring in it. I don't like springs in the elevator stick anyway so I will deal with that, not a problem. It's quick, you touch that gas and it's up and moving and you better keep your eye on it. This helicopter is not for a first timer. once I got it set it was fun. RC Gyro Chinook Helicopter Mini IR Remote Control 3.5CH Transport Heli 332 (Color may vary)Try it you'll like it. Piece of garbage, December 28, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: RC Gyro Chinook Helicopter Mini IR Remote Control 3.5CH Transport Heli 332 (Color may vary) (Toy) I bought 5 helicopters for Christmas this year. I paid the same price for all of them and unfortunately I ordered two of these. They are nothing more than Chinese (just think made in Hong Kong) junk. They don't fly and they don't hold a charge. Basically the helicopter is all over the place and you have to make adjustments on the go to try and balance the front and back rotors (it doesn't gyro right). The battery literally last about 2 minutes so by the time you make adjustments the battery is dead. Then when you recharge it you have to start all over again with the balancing act. Visually they look OK but I am not happy at all with this purchase. The remote is junk too. I cannot believe the quality difference between the other helicopters I bought and these. I would never buy them again. I wouldn't even waste my time if they were giving them away for free.
