Terrible Product Sold By The Worst Amazon Seller, August 8, 2012 = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Spy Cam Helicopter RC Gyro Video Camera 3.5CH Alloy Hawk Heli 355 with 1GB Memory I purchase items frequently on Amazon but have never written a review. However, I would like to warn anyone interested in purchasing this RC Helicopter that this is by far the worst experience I have had with an Amazon seller. The item shipped by seller was defective (it did not turn on). After multiple emails to the seller, I finally received an address and return autorization and paid for shipping myself to return it to the seller. The seller said they would "inspect" the item to see if it was defective and if it was they would send me a replacement (awesome customer service!). I have owned several RC Helicopters and have a pretty good understanding of how they charge, power on, communicate with the transmitter and fly. About 10 days after I shipped the item I received a replacement, which was also defective (it also did not turn on). I then contacted amazon by phone and the amazon representative submitted a return/refund request on my behalf. It has been 2 days and the seller has... Read more

This review is from: Spy Cam Helicopter RC Gyro Video Camera 3.5CH Alloy Hawk Heli 355 with 1GB Memory I just got mine today its a nice helicopter nice and stable but my main complaint is the transmitter range is to short only 26 feet that's really silly. So you can't get a good hight on it for a good webcam view. Other than that its a nice helicopter. And it does not have lights on it. Also when the batt gets low the radio signal will cut out then fall from the air so be carfull.
