within 10 mins of using this toy it started to sink.
then the rudder became jammed so that the boat just went in a circle.
Then the motor stopped working.
overall boat looked great and worked well for the first 7 minutes then just down hill from there.

(Toy) This toy worked for about 20 minutes then got water into the circuitry and stopped working. The shame is that when it worked, it was actually a good little toy. I opened it up to see if I could fix or salvage anything, but the manufacturer glued part of the plastic together so I couldn't open it without destroying the boat. Unfortunately, they couldn't figure out how to seal the seams with silicon or a gasket, they didn't wrap the circuit board or motor connections in waterproof housing, so the electronics are susceptible to short circuits, and apparently that's what failed here.
The manufacturer, Ming Xing, should have spent a little more effort on waterproofing their product. If they had, this would have been a fun toy. As it is, it's just garbage. Don't buy this product.

(Toy) Our rc boat arrived early and looked great fresh out of the box. We tried it out in my grandpa's little backyard pond and the boat sailed on. It was really fun to watch and now we are hoping to take it out to the pool or lake.
