It is fun to fly making circles, figure 8's. It has an easy learning curve. The LED's add a great touch of realism.

We've tried inexpensive helicopters of different brands (like air hogs) for the last two Christmas times, but they either broke quickly or really were limited in their function. Not THIS heli! It really is full functioned and smooth right out of the box. Within a few short hours of flight time, our son had this thing doing figure eights around the living room and strafing runs down the hallways. Honestly, the bumps and bruises it has taken would have (and did) put past helis out of commission for good.
I do not understand why this item is priced this low, but am glad that it is. Am back today to get a second for a neighborhood kid's birthday. USB charging is excellent too and seems to provide stronger performance
