2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Worst Company EVER!!!!!!, February 22, 2012 = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: X-350 Outdoor Coaxial Helicopter 2.4G Their helicopters are certainly fun toys but Extreme Fliers is one of the worst companies on the planet! Not only did it take almost 2 months to get the helicopter from England but trying to get replacement parts has been an absolute nightmare! We ordered extra parts 2 months ago and still haven't seen a thing from them. After an initial unanswered email asking what the status was I emailed them threatening to file fraud complaints and I FINALLY got an answer from them. There answer was they shipped the parts a MONTH after the order was placed and it would take up to 28 days to arrive. REALLY??? 2 months for an envelope with tiny parts in it? Working with this company feels like the 19th century. What a joke! I could have fabricated the parts myself in this amount of time. Take my advice, order a helicopter from a real company...ANY company other than Extreme Fliers. Consider yourself warned, they are an absolute joke!!!
